Waypoint Marketing
We build that actually grow.
Websites, brand, and growth for teams with a mission. Fast, honest, and designed to move the metric that matters — not just look pretty.
Who is Waypoint
Your outsourced
marketing team.
Waypoint is a small, senior team — strategy, design, copy, dev, and content — embedded as the marketing arm of the organizations we partner with. Churches, gyms, studios, nonprofits, creatives, and local businesses who don't have (or don't want) a full in-house department.
We started in ministry and camp marketing, and grew into partnering with everyone from boxing gyms to counselors to family-run restaurants. The common thread: leaders doing meaningful work who need marketing off their plate.
We don't hand off a login and disappear. We show up week after week — running your website, funnel, and content the way an internal team would, minus the payroll.

Common questions
The stuff people ask on the first call.
How is Waypoint different from a freelancer or an agency?
Freelancers cover one channel. Agencies charge for six layers of account management. We're a small senior team doing the actual work, retained monthly like an in-house department — without the overhead.
What does it cost to work with Waypoint?
Most partnerships land between $1,600 and $4,700 a month depending on scope. Starter projects (a website or brand refresh) usually run $5K–$12K. Every proposal is fixed-scope — no surprise invoices.
How fast can we launch?
Most websites go live in 3–5 weeks. Brand and campaign work runs alongside it, so by week six you have a real launch — not a slide deck.
Do you work with churches, gyms, and businesses in the same shop?
Yes. We started in ministry and camp marketing, and the same fundamentals — clarity, trust, follow-through — work for gyms, studios, nonprofits, counselors, and local businesses too.
Can we start small and grow into a bigger partnership?
Absolutely — that's exactly how most clients start. A website or a single campaign, then they add ongoing content, email, or ads as they see results.
